The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation (RLF), named after Rosa Luxemburg, is a transnational policy lobby group and educational institution affiliated with the democratic socialist Left Party in Germany. Founded in Berlin in 1990 as the “Social Analysis and Political Education Association,” it received 64 million euros in state subsidies in 2018.
