The Jen Angel Anarchist Media Grant Program supports creators working on community-driven projects that center social justice, diversity, and inclusion. By providing micro-grants, the program aims to fund multiple small projects annually, amplifying the impact of independent and underrepresented voices.
Micro-grants ranging from $300 to $1,500
Priority funding for BIPOC, queer, trans/nonbinary, low-income, and incarcerated creators
Open to creators worldwide, including non-English projects
Financial support for personal and project expenses, including childcare, food, or materials
Encouragement to complete projects within twelve months
Eligible applicants include creators who:
Produce community-centered work
Are typically BIPOC, queer, trans/nonbinary, low-income, or incarcerated
Work outside of academic institutions
Can provide a clear project plan, budget, and timeline
The program welcomes applications from all countries, and while projects in any language are accepted, submitting applications in English is recommended for ease of review.

Submit Application Online by March 2, 2026
Review Process: The board evaluates applications, prioritizing smaller projects and applicants from underrepresented communities
Notification: Recipients will be informed on or before June 8, 2026
Project Completion: All projects must be completed within 12 months of receiving funds
