AIG Fellowship programme gives outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of the public sector an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and understanding of critical public policy challenges facing the continent.
Opportunity Details
Fellowships are awarded on an ad-hoc basis to outstanding public servants who have made significant contributions to the development of the public sector in their home countries and whose work is aligned with our strategic objectives. Fellows undertake a period of study, reflection, and engagement of up to six months with scholars and students at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government. They use their time at the school to further develop their understanding of specific policy issues and solutions and to reflect on practices in other countries.
Fellows codify their learning and experience through policy papers and briefs and share their findings through a workshop or lecture.
