The Founders’ Fellows Program is ASPA’s flagship initiative for identifying and developing talented individuals preparing to contribute to the public administration profession.The programme recognises exceptional academic achievements, professional accomplishments and leadership potential among emerging public servants and researchers.It provides a platform for participants to strengthen their professional capabilities, establish relationships with experienced practitioners and academics, and gain exposure to important developments in public administration.
The fellowship is open to emerging public administration professionals and students pursuing careers in public service, academia and research.
