Opportunity Details
The Auckland Medical Research Foundation (AMRF) Fellowship is designed to support senior medical professionals and established researchers in New Zealand, providing them with the resources to undertake high-quality, impactful research. This fellowship emphasizes advancement in health, science, and medicine, supporting projects that can produce meaningful outcomes for healthcare in the country.
Funding of up to NZ$20,000 per month
Fellowship duration is up to six months, with flexibility depending on the research needs
Support covers research activities, allowing fellows to focus entirely on their projects
Must be a New Zealand resident, permanent resident, or citizen
Applicants should be senior medically qualified (MBChB completed and establishing a specialty) or established medical researchers with postgraduate qualifications and a record of independent research
Start date must be after the award date
The fellowship targets researchers whose work demonstrates significant potential and alignment with AMRF’s objectives
