About Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship Program
The Awaji Youth Federation (AYF) is a fellowship program based on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, created in 2017 by the Pasona Group,AYFs mission is to bring together talented youth from across the globe to contribute to Awaji Island’s revitalization in fields like agriculture, tourism, hospitality, arts, and entertainment.
Benefits of Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship Program
The Benefits Include:
- Monthly Salary (Base: ¥190,000 + Work allowance: ¥30,000)
- All Government fees and taxes are covered.
- Accommodation & Meals covered
- The room will be provided in either Japanese or Western style
- Utility costs such as electricity and Wi-Fi are included.
- Halal, Vegetarian, Good, and healthy Foods are available.
Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship Program Requirements
- The AYF Fellowship is open to all Nationals.
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and some previous work experience.
- Commitment to solving society’s problems and contributing to our projects.
- Core values of hard work, discipline, and care for others
- Proof of IELTS or any other Language Test is not required.
