There are 7 distinct categories:
Breakthrough Marketer: Rising talent with under 3 years in the industry.
Hidden Gem: Behind-the-scenes contributor with impactful work.
Little Miss Viral: Recognized for viral marketing success.
Entrepreneur of the Year: Successful agency owner making a client impact.
Corporate Star: High-performing marketer in a corporate role.
CMO of the Year: Visionary Chief Marketing Officer.
Lifetime Achievement: Iconic contributor with 7+ years of influence.
Open to Black women marketers.
Self-nominations and multiple entries per category allowed (but not duplicate nominations for the same person in one category).
