Opportunity Details
AGORA Docs in Progress seeks documentary projects that showcase artistic ambition and high visual quality, are produced or co-produced by eligible countries, or contain elements linking the story to these regions, and encourages applications from projects outside the eligible countries if they consider the platform suitable for their launch.
Selected teams receive:
5 nights of accommodation
Partial travel reimbursement
Access to an online workshop
Awards include:
“Two Thirty-Five (2|35) Award” for post-production
“Neaniko Plano Subtitling Award”
€5000 Onassis Film Award for Greek projects
Projects must be documentary features (over 60 minutes) or documentary series.
Must be produced or co-produced by countries in Southeastern Europe, Eastern Mediterranean, or North Africa, or have thematic links to these regions.
Each production company can submit up to two projects.
