The ALESA Digital Governance Incubator – 2026 Cohort is a year-long program designed to support young changemakers in Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Tanzania who are using digital tools to improve governance, accountability, and civic participation.

Emphasis on practical implementation and community impact
Builds a network of “Accountapreneurs” innovating in civic leadership
Open to citizens or residents of Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Tanzania
Age range: 18 to 35 years
Encourages applications from women, people with disabilities, and minority groups
