The COOP Careers Fellowship is about helping recent graduates and early-career professionals launch their careers through community, coaching, and networking

Eligibility:
Open to individuals seeking career acceleration and professional development.
The program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals.
Fellows are expected to commit fully to the program schedule.
Commitment:
Active participation in workshops, coaching sessions, and peer group activities.
Engagement with alumni and networking opportunities.
Dedication to building interviewing, resume, and LinkedIn skills.
Identity & Community:
Participants are officially called Fellows.
The internal nickname COOPer is used as a term of inclusion and community.
Graduates become Alumni, with continued access to the network.
Values & Conduct:
Fellows must uphold COOP’s values of inclusion, diversity, and respect.
