About Cornell University Public Health Program Fellowships
The Cornell Public Health Fellowships have been established to prepare the next generation of public health leaders to tackle these wicked problems and rebuild our public health systems and capacity.
Benefits of Cornell University Public Health Program Fellowships
- Cornell Public Health Fellows will receive full tuition support toward Cornell University’s two-year Master of Public Health degree, or our 12-month accelerated program, if eligible.
Cornell University Public Health Program Fellowships Requirements
To qualify for a Cornell Public Health Fellowship you must:
- Apply and be accepted to the Cornell MPH Program
- Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or legal permanent resident of the U.S.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 at the time of application
- Show your passion for an impactful career in public health through your program application materials
Application Date and Process
To be considered for a Cornell Public Health Fellowship:
- Apply to Cornell’s MPH Program via SOPHAS by March 23, 2026 for priority consideration
- Submit the Cornell Graduate School Quick Application by March 23, 2026
- Applicants will be notified of acceptance into the MPH Program and whether they will receive a Cornell Public Health Fellowship by March 31st, 2026
- Selected fellows must accept MPH admission and Cornell Public Health Fellowship offers by April 15th
