Grant for the study of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cell therapy for hematological diseases.
In honor of John A. Hansen, this grant is intended to provide financial support to promising young researchers to advance the understanding of complications and therapeutic strategies in the context of hematological diseases. The grant is funded by the foundation DKMS Stiftung Leben Spenden and administered by the DKMS Group gGmbH.
Amount: €240,000 over three years (up to €80,000 annually).
Selection: Up to four projects chosen based on eligibility and merit.
Degree: PhD, MD, or equivalent within the last 10 years.
Position: Faculty position not required; open to Fellows, Postdocs, Junior Faculty.
Eligibility: Open to applicants worldwide.
