About Femmy O Foundation Grant

One of the foundation’s objectives is to award a grant each year to one small business or budding entrepreneur seeking to establish or expand their venture. The Femmy O Foundation was created in loving reminiscence of Femmy Olaniyi, a cherished daughter, sister, instructor, and pal. Her unwavering religion, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to studying proceed to encourage those that knew her. As a loyal Christian, Femmy spent her Sundays educating and mentoring younger kids in church, instilling values of kindness, resilience, and religion.

As a passionate entrepreneur, she efficiently managed her personal nail enterprise whereas pursuing her research. Even as she bravely battled gastric most cancers, she remained decided, graduating with a Business diploma from the National College of Ireland a testomony to her perseverance and ambition.

Benefits of Femmy O Foundation Grant

• They usually offer a €1000 grant to a successful enterpreneur
• This year, they are rewarding a second €500 grant to another small business or building entrepreneur.

Femmy O Foundation Grant Requirements

• You must be over 18 to apply for the grant.
• You must be planning to start a new business or expand an existing small business that is less than 3 years old.
• Businesses must be operating in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.*
• Businesses must have capacity for growth.
• Businesses must have the necessary management or technical skills or be willing to develop this skill.

Application Date and Process

Step 1: Check Eligibility
Before applying, please review the eligibility criteria below to determine whether you qualify for the grant.

Step 2: Prepare Your Application
1. Download the Grant Application Document
Click on the following link: Grant Application Document. Download and complete the document as required. Download the document by clicking ‘File’ > ‘Download’ when on a laptop.

2. (Optional) Prepare a Supplementary Video
You may submit a short video pitching your business. This is optional and will not impact your eligibility.

Step 3: Submit Your Application
Click the “APPLY NOW” button below to access the grant application form. Complete the form and upload the completed Grant Application Document. Applications without the required document will not be considered.

Step 4: Review & Decision
Once applications close, a panel of independent judges will review your submission, including the application document and any supplementary materials. You will receive a decision on your application before the end of July 2026.
Successful applicants will be awarded their grants at the annual Femmy O Foundation Function.
