Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Analyst Requirements
- Undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance, Math, Economics, Engineering or other related fields with less than two years of full-time work experience
- A growth mindset with the curiosity and capacity to learn quickly
- Proven track record of leadership and excellence in academic and extracurricular activities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence key decisions
- Ability to work and coordinate effectively within a team environment
- Positive attitude with willingness to perform beyond what is being asked
- Professional verbal, written, communication skills
- Solid technical skills in data analytics methodologies / tools – through existing experience with statistical analysis and SQL or have demonstrated a keen interest to learn (preferred requirement for the Data Analytics stream)
