She Code Africa is recruiting mentors for their virtual mentorship program that supports African women in tech through mentorship. This program offers you the opportunity to build leadership and coaching experience while making meaningful impact on future tech careers.

She Code Africa Mentorship Program Requirements
They seek mid to senior-level professionals in tech with 3+ years of experience skilled in one or more of the available tracks. Applicants must be willing to engage fully with mentees throughout the program and be comfortable with virtual communication and mentorship approaches.
Criteria
- Can commit to mentoring a group of mentees across 6 weeks and 2 mentorship cycles
- Availability to offer professional insights, career guidance, and support
- 3+ years of hands-on work experience in one or more mentorship tracks
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated mentoring, coaching, or team leadership experience
- Available for onboarding call and structured check-ins
- Willingness to engage fully with mentees throughout the program
