About Tufts University One Health Fellowship Program
The One Health Fellowship is a highly competitive, nine-month leadership and professional development program for early-career One Health professionals and junior faculty from Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Rwanda.The Fellowship promotes mutual learning, strengthens One Health leadership, and builds sustainable partnerships between African institutions and partners in the United States through applied training, placements, and follow-on projects.

Tufts University One Health Fellowship Program Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen and/or current resident of Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, or Uganda.
- Be a recent graduate, early-career professional, or junior faculty member at an academic institution.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Work in a One Health or public health-related discipline, including (but not limited to) medicine, veterinary
medicine, environmental and social sciences, nursing, economics, policy, customs, gender and women’s
empowerment, media, psychosocial health, education, and community organization.
- Play a key supporting role in addressing health threats in their country or in the region.
- Have at least two years of relevant work experience or be currently employed.
