The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is inviting undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary schools to take part in its 2025 essay competition. This year’s topic is:

“Employee Mental Health and Wellness: The Role of HR in Creating a Resilient and Supportive Workplace.”

CIPM Annual Essay Competition Requirements

Open to undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions only.

 

Application Date and Process

To join the competition,the following standard must be met:

  • Length: Must not go over 3,000 words
  • Referencing: APA Style (6th Edition)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
  • Documentation: Type in Double line spacing: MS Word only
  • Plagiarism: Plagiarized content will result in disqulaification of the offender's entry

All entries must be submitted with the under-listed items:

  • A scanned copy of your student ID card from student;s current institution 
  • Copy of your admission letter to student's current institution
  • One recent passport-sized photograph
  • Current telephone number and email address
