The CivicAction’s DiverseCity Fellows program, powered by Purpose Unlimited, is a revered 12 months-lengthy expertise for leaders from numerous communities and backgrounds throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) who’ve demonstrated expertise in civic changemaking and want to amplify their management abilities, develop their community, discover social points, and grow to be additional emboldened to drive constructive change of their communities.
Over the course of this system 12 months, chosen candidates, or Fellows, will construct customized management improvement plans, obtain teaching and mentorship, and take part in abilities-constructing periods to construct key management competencies, strengthen cross-sectoral connections, and drive tangible change.
Upon program completion, Fellows will be a part of a strong community comprised of a whole bunch of DiverseCity alumni, mentors, and metropolis-builders throughout the area.
