The CODE National Funding Programme supports experienced game developers in Aotearoa New Zealand by providing financial grants to help them establish successful game companies and bring their first games to market. Location: Applicants must be based in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Age: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Applicant Types: Individuals, teams, or business entities incorporated in New Zealand.
Residency Requirements: Work for the funded project must be carried out in New Zealand, and the entity must operate its main business there, or individuals must reside in New Zealand.
Undergraduate Students: Can participate with written permission from their training institution and CODE’s approval. However, applications entirely made up of undergraduate students are generally not considered unless under exceptional circumstances.
