Community Foundation North East Newcastle Culture Investment Fund Requirements

The fund is primarily intended for independent cultural and community organisations operating in Newcastle.

Eligible organisations must:

• Deliver cultural activity within the Newcastle City Council area.
• Operate independently from local and national government.
• Have been established for at least 12 months.
• Have at least one set of audited or independently examined accounts.
• Demonstrate their ability to deliver the proposed cultural activity.

Organisations registered outside Newcastle may be considered, but they will generally receive lower priority if they do not have a strong existing commitment or presence in the city.
