About Erase Indifference Challenge
Erase Indifference Challenge is a global initiative to recognize and reward projects that are already taking concrete steps to reduce indifference towards discrimination. The Challenge serves as an engine to highlight modern, imaginative, and measurable initiatives that demonstrate real impact, inspire others, and contribute to the reduction of indifference, the growth of empathy, and the appreciation of diversity.
Benefits of Erase Indifference Challenge
- Total Award Pool: €90,000
- Main Award: €20,000
- Additional Awards: Seven awards of €10,000 each
Erase Indifference Challenge Requirements
- Eligible Entities: NGOs, startups, companies, and public institutions worldwide
- Exclusions: Political entities, initiatives contrary to the mission of the Auschwitz Pledge Foundation, projects focused solely on commercial profit, academic research without practical application, and religious activities
- Initiative Status: Ongoing, completed, or delivered in recurring cycles, but must have been active no earlier than December 2023
