Opportunity Details
The Anarchists United Writers Discovery Fellowship is a six‑month program designed to help emerging writers break into the television and storytelling industry.
Development of a submission-ready TV pilot.
Participation in mock general meetings and pitch sessions.
Access to informational panels with TV professionals.
Multiple networking opportunities.
Each Fellow receives a $10,000 stipend.
Must submit the TV pilot you plan to develop during the fellowship.
Only one application per person.
Previous applicants may reapply if they still meet the criteria.
Not a member of the WGA (Writers Guild of America).
Must be U.S.-based.
For 2026, writers with representation are now eligible (new rule).
Who Cannot Apply
Writers who are current WGA members.
Applicants outside the United States.
Those without a TV pilot project ready to submit.
