About FMN Prize for Innovation
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a leading food and agro-allied group in Africa, launches the FMN Prize for Innovation to encourage new ideas in food production, innovation, and engineering and how these can impact and enable a sustainable food system in Nigeria.
Benefits of FMN Prize for Innovation
- Category 1: Successful candidates in this category will be invited to pitch their ideas in front of live judges who will award the winner the prize of N5 million, N3 million, and N2 million for the first and second runner-up.
- Category 2: Successfull candidates in this category will win: N700,000 (Seven Hundred Thousand Naira Only) for the 2nd Prize, and N300,000 (Three hundred thousand Naira Only) for the 3rd Prize.
FMN Prize for Innovation Requirements
Open to Nigerian MSMEs and Nigerian students in undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Category 1: For registered Nigerian SMEs in the Food and Agro-Aillied Sector
- Category 2: For students with innovative ideas to transform Cassava Processing and Production in Nigeria.
