The Future For Nature Award is a distinguished worldwide award recognizing accurate contributions to the conservation of wild animal and plant species. Through the Future For Nature Awards, Future For Nature recognizes three young, skilled, and ambitious nature conservationists each year.

Future For Nature Foundation Award for Nature Conservationists in the Netherlands Requirements
All applicants should meet the following criteria:
- The candidates should be individuals, not organizations, programs, or groups of individuals.
- The candidates must have been born on or after May 31, 1991, and before August 31, 2007 (they must be 18 to 35 years old).
- Has significantly improved the long-term conservation status of one or more plant or animal species
- Demonstrated substantial and long-term benefits to the conservation of one or more species
- Shown commitment, determination, and passion for conservation work
- Demonstrated leadership, entrepreneurship, and a clear vision for conservation work
- Exhibited creativity and innovation in conservation efforts
- Proven to be honorable in conservation work
- Determined to continue conservation work
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Award funds must be used for a conservation initiative chosen and implemented by the winner, focused on species conservation.
