About GCC/CDF Global Changemaker Fellowship

This immersive program empowers fellows with the skills, tools, mentorship, and global network needed to amplify the impact of their grassroots initiatives. Throughout the fellowship, participants engage in a curated series of interactive workshops, leadership training, peer learning, and one-on-one mentorship, all while continuing to lead and scale their existing community-based projects.

The program is built to enhance each changemaker's ability to collaborate, adapt, and grow their initiative in a sustainable and impactful way.

• Systems Thinking: Approaching complex challenges by understanding the interconnections within systems and designing solutions that serve all stakeholders holistically.
• Thought Leadership: Equipping changemakers to clearly articulate vision, navigate across diverse perspectives, and mobilize communities toward collective action.
• Empathetic Leadership: Develop the capacity to lead with compassion while balancing interdependent forces like tradition and innovation, stability and change.
• Adaptive & Collaborative Leadership: Fostering the mindset and skills to lead with flexibility, co-create solutions, and embrace the iterative nature of social transformation through inclusive collaboration.

GCC/CDF Global Changemaker Fellowship Requirements

• Demonstrated passion and commitment to addressing challenges in local communities through sustainable initiatives.
• Evidence of leadership skills and the potential to inspire and mobilize others.
• Willingness and ability to commit to a six-month virtual program, which includes participating in workshops, mentorship sessions, and other activities.
• Proficiency in English, as the program is likely conducted in English and effective communication is crucial.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology to participate in virtual sessions.
