About Grace - Accelerate Female Entrepreneurship Berlin Accelerator for Women
The Grace Berlin Accelerator supports ambitious female entrepreneurs and women-led startup teams as they develop and strengthen their ventures within Berlin’s startup ecosystem.
The program has already supported more than 200 founders, creating a growing network of entrepreneurs who continue to exchange knowledge, collaborate, and support one another after completing the accelerator.
The accelerator combines financial support with structured business development and personal growth opportunities.

Selected founders participate in an intensive eight-month, full-time accelerator.
The program includes:
- A monthly stipend of €2,500 gross.
- Expert coaching and tailored mentoring.
- Access to a network of more than 200 mentors.
- Peer-group learning with approximately 15 fellow founders.
- Monthly individual coaching sessions.
- Support for market readiness.
- Investment-readiness training.
- Personal development as a founder.
- Brand development and storytelling support.
- Individual roadmaps for business and personal development.
The program is designed to give founders dedicated time and resources to work on their startups.

Who can apply?
- You identify as a female founder or are part of a mixed-gender team
- You have a concrete idea, prototype, or MVP, and you're committed to developing it further
- You're ready to participate full-time in the program
- You're applying solo or as a team , both are welcome
- You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin before the start of the program
