About HENNGE Global Internship Program

HENNGE's Global Internship Program (GIP) is an on-site software engineering training program at our headquarters in Tokyo. Designed for students and early-career engineers, this is your chance to strengthen your skills in a global, English-speaking environment — no Japanese required.

You can choose the path that fits your goals: our Front-End Pathway focuses on TypeScript and modern frameworks like React or Vue, while our Full-Stack Pathway covers back-end, front-end, and basic DevOps using Python, Go, or TypeScript. Rather than production work, we emphasize your growth in fundamental engineering, problem-solving, and collaboration through direct mentorship and hands-on training with AWS.

The program runs for 4–6 weeks, Monday to Friday (10 AM – 7 PM JST). You’ll work alongside our entire engineering team, communicating daily with mentors and peers. While the program is unpaid, we provide comprehensive subsidies, and outstanding participants may be offered full-time employment opportunities.

HENNGE Global Internship Program Requirements

Open to all nationalities.
Applicants must be at least 3rd-year undergraduates, or Master’s/PhD students, or recent graduates.
Must have a CS degree or equivalent experience.
Strong skills in relevant programming languages (Python, Go, TypeScript) and familiarity with Linux/MacOS/Unix.
