About ICTJ Communications Fellowship
This fellowship will be for a duration of six (6) months with an immediate start upon selection. The fellowship is designed to strengthen and amplify African expertise and is open exclusively to African nationals.
Benefits of ICTJ Communications Fellowship
- A monthly stipend will be provided to the selected candidate for the entire duration of the fellowship.
ICTJ Communications Fellowship Requirements
Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, international relations or a related field of study. Relevant master’s degree accepted.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and editing skills
- Familiarity with design tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated interest in transitional justice, human rights and NGO work
- Experience producing communications content for development, governance, or human rights projects
- Proficient in English is a must; priority given to candidates also proficient in French, Portuguese or Arabic.
