The Business Innovation Synergizer (BIS) is a support programme under Media Innovation Europe 3.0 for established media organisations seeking to turn validated business ideas into practical, sustainable solutions.
Applicants must be legally registered media organisations that meet the programme’s organisational requirements.
The key eligibility conditions include:
Annual revenue of more than €80,000.
At least five full-time employees.
Established before 1 January 2025.
Legally registered as a media organisation.
Located in an eligible European country.
Possession of a validated business idea, plan, or strategy suitable for implementation.
Eligible Countries
The programme is open to organisations from all 27 European Union Member States.
It also includes organisations from:
Georgia.
Moldova.
North Macedonia.
