About Link Foundation Energy Fellowship
The Link Foundation Energy Fellowship supports doctoral research that advances society's production, utilization, conservation, storage, or distribution of energy. The program aims to foster innovation and education in energy-related fields.
Benefits of Link Foundation Energy Fellowship
- The award consists of a two-year fellowship of $45,000 per year for two years (total of $90,000) to be used for the Fellow’s academic year and summer stipend. Funding for year 2 is not evaluated competitively, but is contingent upon satisfactory progress in year 1.
Link Foundation Energy Fellowship Requirements
- The applicant must be working toward a Ph.D. in an academic institution. (Please note that the applicant must be accepted in a Ph.D. program.)
- No limitations have been placed on citizenship.
- Fellowships are only tenable at U.S. and Canadian Universities.
- New this year: Applicants must have either
- worked on their dissertation for at least a year at the time of application, or
- had one or more papers directly related to their application accepted for publication.
