The Merck Group Innovation Cup 2026, a global competition designed to bring together top postgraduate, postdoctoral, and MBA students in life sciences and related fields.
Winner: €20,000 shared prize.
Runner-up: €5,000 shared prize.
Third place: €3,000 shared prize.
Travel, accommodation, and food are fully covered by Merck.
Open to postgraduate students in life sciences (PhD candidates in biology, medicine, biotech, bioinformatics, computer science, data science, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering, etc.).
Postdoctoral students and advanced MBA students or recent graduates with a life sciences background are also eligible.
Not open to healthcare professionals.
