he NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative is a fully funded program by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) designed to equip unemployed Nigerians with hands-on technical and vocational skills. It offers free training, monthly stipends, starter packs, and business loan support to enhance employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.
The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) is Nigeria’s primary agency for job creation and skills development. Through the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 3, the NDE targets 21,824 participants nationwide, providing training in agriculture, tech, vocational trades, and entrepreneurship across its network of training centres.
Be Nigerian youth aged 18–50.
Possess valid NIN and bank account (BVN).
Reside in any of the 36 states or FCT.
Complete the pre‑enrolment assessment (eligibility, identity, age, proximity, photo validation).
