The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) exists to support graduates as they navigate complex labour markets to access meaningful work and employment after they graduate. It serves as a bridge connecting fresh graduates to work opportunities that exist within and private sector entities.
Monthly stipend of ₦150,000 throughout the fellowship.
Mentorship from industry professionals and experienced leaders.
Comprehensive employability skills training to boost career readiness.
Must be a Nigerian citizen.
Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree or HND) from any discipline, graduated not earlier than 2022.
Minimum qualification: Second-Class Lower (2.2) for Bachelor’s or Upper Credit (>3.00) for HND.
30 years old or younger.
Not currently employed.
Must have completed NYSC or hold an exemption certificate.
Demonstrated commitment to career field and Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
Strong communication, time management, and professional attitude.
