Each recipient receives €5,000 as a trust-based grant.
Artists have full autonomy to decide how to use the funds — whether for:

Experimenting and creating without financial strain
Applicants must:
Be in the early stages of their career (1–5 years, excluding study years).
Have an innovative artistic or cultural practice addressing pressing social/political issues in their local context.
Have received little to no institutional recognition or support.
Be from, living, and working in eligible regions: Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
