QuickBooks x Mailchimp Small Business Hero Program Requirements
- Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Each Business must be located in and operate in the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and must:
- have been established (meaning the actual business formation/when the Business registered with their Secretary of State) for at least one (1) year at the time of nomination;
- have no more than ninety-nine (99) W-2 employees, including Business owners) as of the date of entry into the Contest;
- be for profit or a 501(c) (3) organization;
- be currently active and lawful, including but not limited to having all required licenses and registrations; and
- not be a prior winner of the Intuit QuickBooks and Mailchimp Small Business Hero Program contest in the past 2 years.
