The RMIT Vice-Chancellor’s Research Fellowships Program supports outstanding researchers undertaking transdisciplinary applied research that creates positive impact for society, the economy, and the environment. The 2026 fellowship round focuses on research areas including Regenerative and Sustainable Futures, MedTech Innovation, and Digital Innovation, providing researchers with funding, facilities, mentoring, and career development opportunities. The program is designed to strengthen research capability and support innovative solutions to complex global challenges through collaboration across disciplines.
