SAB Graduate Management Trainee Programme Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) obtained not more than two years prior
  • Up to about two years’ work experience (internships, volunteer, or student work often not counted)
  • High level of ambition, ownership mentality, agility, and collaborative spirit
  • Willingness to be mobile within the country or zone (i.e., relocate or travel)
  • Strong communication skills in English and, ideally, the local language
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of application

Application Date and Process

The application process is rigorous and multi-staged:

  1. Online Application

  2. Online Assessments
    You may be asked to complete logical reasoning, trait/personality, or business case tests.
  3. Virtual or Video Interview
