About SAB Graduate Management Trainee Programme

The Graduate Management Trainee programme is a structured, immersive leadership development initiative offered by SAB (a subsidiary of AB InBev). The programme typically spans 10 months and follows a rotational structure, providing exposure to functions like Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and Technology. Upon successful completion, trainees are often placed into front-line roles within the organization.

SAB Graduate Management Trainee Programme Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) obtained not more than two years prior
• Up to about two years’ work experience (internships, volunteer, or student work often not counted)
• High level of ambition, ownership mentality, agility, and collaborative spirit
• Willingness to be mobile within the country or zone (i.e., relocate or travel)
• Strong communication skills in English and, ideally, the local language
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application

Application Date and Process

The application process is rigorous and multi-staged:

1. Online Application
   Complete your profile, upload a CV, and answer screening questions.
2. Online Assessments
   You may be asked to complete logical reasoning, trait/personality, or business case tests.
3. Virtual or Video Interview
   You will present your motivations, past achievements, and demonstrate problem-solving acumen.
4. Assessment / ABI Day
   You might participate in group case work, interactive tasks, or simulate business challenges to showcase how you operate under pressure.
5. Final Panel / Leadership Interview
   If successful, you’ll be invited to interview with senior leadership to finalize fit and alignment.
6. Offer & Onboarding
   Once accepted, you join the programme, undergo induction, and begin your first rotation.
