The Creative Communities Scheme (CCS) supports local arts and culture projects that help communities participate in creative activities, strengthen cultural expression, and improve access to the arts.The scheme is delivered by Tauranga City Council in partnership with Creative New Zealand and focuses on increasing community involvement in arts activities throughout Tauranga.
