About The Antara Foundation (TAF) Fellowship
The Antara Foundation (TAF) Fellowship is a prestigious 12-month program aimed at young professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the development sector. This fellowship program provides an immersive, hands-on learning experience, encouraging fellows to reflect on their previous experiences and incorporate them into their future work. Fellows will have the opportunity to engage directly with communities and government initiatives, working towards enhancing maternal and child health outcomes in eight districts of Madhya Pradesh: Barwani, Betul, Chhindwara, Damoh, Gwalior, Khargone, Morena, and Seoni

The Antara Foundation (TAF) Fellowship Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be young professionals with a passion for the development sector.
- A strong academic background with demonstrated commitment to social impact.
- While prior experience in public health, community development, or social work is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Fellows will be assigned to one of the eight districts in Madhya Pradesh for the fellowship duration.
