The programme provides annual grants that help eligible applicants access medical procedures and services required to pursue parenthood.
Funding is provided directly to approved fertility clinics or treatment providers on behalf of the recipient.

Successful applicants may receive:
- Maximum grant amount: Up to $15,000 per family each year
The Stork Foundation for Infertility - Grants that Open the Door to Parenthood Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Annual household income of $150,000 or below.
- Medical documentation required: A diagnosis of infertility must be provided by a Board Certified Reproductive. Endocrinologist or documentation outlining your necessity for fertility treatment.
- Applicant must have little or no infertility insurance coverage, or have exhausted infertility coverage benefits.
- Legal residents and reside in the United States.
- Recipients must begin treatment within six months of receiving a grant.

To be considered for a grant, you must complete the following by the application deadline:
- Complete the application in its entirety.
- Write a brief (1,000 words or less) story that highlights your fertility journey.
- Have a doctor complete and submit the required medical form.
