TMU Global Partner Scholarship Requirements
- Meet the entry requirements for admission to a graduate program at Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU)
- Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree (i.e., a master’s applicant) or a master’s degree (i.e., a Ph.D. applicant) program at a partner institution of TMU
- Be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a higher education institution in any of Tokyo’s sister cities or any other Asian country or region
- Work in a research institution, governmental organization, or company in any of Tokyo’s sister cities or any other Asian country or region
- Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and innovation for the enhancement of Tokyo and beyond
