Truist Foundation Grant Program Requirements

Eligible applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a nonprofit organisation based in the United States.
• Have tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
• Be classified as a public charity under applicable IRS requirements.
• Demonstrate alignment with Truist Foundation priorities.
• Comply fully with the USA Patriot Act.

Type III supporting organisations under Section 509(a)(3) may qualify if they are functionally integrated with their supported organisation.
