Eligible applicants include:
Non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
Museums
Educational institutions
Ministries of culture
U.S.-based nonprofit organizations recognized under Section 501(c)(3)
Religious objects or sites may qualify only if their primary importance is architectural, artistic, historical, or cultural.
All applicants must be:
Registered and active in the U.S. government’s System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving funding.
