The InukaAngaza Programme is a flagship youth development initiative launched by UNDP Tanzania to strengthen employability, leadership, and career readiness among young people. It provides a structured three-month virtual learning experience designed to equip participants with practical skills, professional exposure, and development-sector insights aligned with Tanzania’s sustainable development priorities.
Participants will:
• Strengthen practical and professional skills relevant to today’s job market
• Gain exposure to development practice and emerging opportunities
• Connect with UNDP experts, development practitioners, innovators, and industry leaders
• Build leadership, communication, and workplace competencies
• Expand professional networks
• Become part of a growing community of young leaders and changemakers
Applicants must:
• Be currently enrolled in a higher education institution in Tanzania, or have graduated within the past 2 years
• Demonstrate strong motivation, leadership potential, and interest in development issues
• Be available to fully participate in the virtual programme activities during the programme period
