About UNICEF Public Partnerships Internship
The UNICEF Internship 2026–2027 in Japan offers a unique opportunity to work with the Public Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Division (PPR) at the Asia-Pacific Pillar Office in Tokyo. Interns support quality assurance, analysis, communication, and administrative tasks related to resource mobilisation with the Government of Japan, gaining direct practical experience in UNICEF’s mission for every child.

UNICEF Public Partnerships Internship Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or graduate school, or graduated within two years
- Available for work 4-5 days a week for 3-6 months
- Able to work in accordance with Japan Standard Time (JST)
- Interested in child rights, health, nutrition, water and sanitation, education, child protection, gender, climate change
- High level of proficiency in both written and oral English and Japanese
- Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
