The Village Capital/Standard Chartered Foundation US Women in Tech Accelerator 2026 is a program supporting women-led, tech-enabled startups in the US.
Financial Analysis Support: 1:1 coaching with investment analysts to build financial models and narratives.
Grant Capital: Two startups (selected by peers) will receive $25K grants.
Mentorship & Networking: Access to investors, partners, founders, and business leaders.
Milestone Development Plan: Personalized growth and investment readiness roadmap.
Peer-to-Peer Learning: Village Capital’s signature peer evaluation approach to shift power dynamics in investment decisions.
Startups must:
Be US-based, legally registered, for-profit businesses with fewer than 10 employees.
Be led by at least one full-time founder who identifies as a woman (cisgender, transgender, or non-binary).
Be revenue-generating with less than $100K annual revenue.
Have customer or business validation (e.g., pilot studies, user base, partnerships).
Have a minimum viable product (MVP) and raised less than $1.5M in equity.
Be tech-based or tech-enabled, addressing economic mobility or access to essential services in areas such as:
Affordable healthcare and wellness
Education access and quality
Employment pathways and career advancement
Financial literacy and resilience
Community-integrated solutions
Broader accessibility for underserved communities
