Opportunity Details
The Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program 2026 is an international initiative launched by Dior in partnership with UNESCO to empower young women worldwide through mentorship, education, and community. The program connects selected students with Dior mentors, offers online courses on leadership and sustainability, and encourages participants to design real-world projects that support women and girls.
Mentorship: Personalized guidance from Dior mentors (300 talents mobilized annually).
Education Platform: Access to 16+ online courses on values like self-care, autonomy, creativity, inclusion, and sustainable development.
Inspiring Interview Series: Conversations with leaders from Dior, LVMH, and UNESCO on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Dream for Change Project: Collaborative group projects addressing real-world challenges to empower women and girls.
Sisterhood: Ongoing community engagement through events and activities.
Must be under 30 years old and enrolled full-time in higher education.
Open to final-year undergraduates or current postgraduates (Master’s, PhD).
All fields of study welcome, but applicants must show strong interest in women’s empowerment.
Proficiency in English (B2 or above).
Cannot have previously participated in the program.
