NET-Work You aims at establishing a pioneering and sustainable model of circular and skilled labour mobility between Italy and Egypt. The project will offer a traineeship opportunity to 100 young Egyptians in Puglia, Southern Italy, focusing on skills enhancement in green economy, digitalization, and agriculture. A training programme will help participants to acquire valuable professional skills recognized in both countries, increasing their employment prospects in Europe and Egypt. Additionally, the creation of a Mediterranean multi-stakeholder network will strengthen public-private partnerships at local, regional, and national levels in both countries, fostering the exchange of good practices with other EU Member States.
Duration: 41 months (April 2024 - September 2027)
