About Afro-Tech Girls Scholarship in Nigeria
Afro-Tech Girls Scholarship is a fully funded undergraduate award that gives ₦100,000 to 50 female STEM undergraduates in Nigeria to support tuition, materials, transport, or other school expenses. The Afro‑Tech Girls Undergraduate Scholarship (Project 100 for 50) aims to increase participation of young women in science, technology, engineering, medicine, and agriculture and help them transition into the STEM workforce.
The scholarship is run by Afro‑Tech Girls as a targeted initiative to empower women in STEM across Nigerian public and state universities and polytechnics. The programme recognises recipients as part of Afro‑Tech Girls’ initiative to promote women in STEM and offers one‑time financial support during the 2026 academic year.

Afro-Tech Girls Scholarship in Nigeria Requirements
- Be a female undergraduate student in Nigeria.

- Be studying a STEM‑related course (Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Agriculture, Medicine).
- Hold at least a 2:2 grade or equivalent.
- Reside in Nigeria.
- Membership in the Afro‑Tech Girls community is an added advantage.
