A*STAR - Singapore-Southeast Asia Fellowship Requirements
- Inbound S-SEAF: Applicants must hold nationality of ASEAN Countries
- Outbound S-SEAF: Applicants must hold citizenship of Singapore
- Must hold a PhD degree in STEM fields
- Fluency in the English language
- Must be affiliated with an eligible Singapore institution for the fellowship period
